Students enrolled in the MSMP Program may appeal program decisions in writing within five (5) business days of notification. Appeals must be based on new and relevant information not reasonably available at the time of the decision, a procedural error that materially affected the outcome, or a decision unsupported by the information in the record. Only one appeal per case is permitted. Appeals are reviewed by the provost or designee, and may include a formal meeting. Decisions are final and will be communicated in writing to the student’s RVU-issued e-mail address. Decisions regarding admission into the MSMP Program are final and not subject to appeal.
