RVU utilizes a standardized email signature for students and employees, in order to maintain consistent branding for the University, to exhibit professionalism, and to identify spam emails. The Marketing Department is responsible for maintaining and enforcing this policy, as well as ensuring the appropriate branding and representation of the University.
