REAL Medicine IV is designed to provide students a basic understanding of approaches to academic medicine with a particular focus in education and clinical teaching. Participants will understand and practice adult education theory surrounding clinical teaching topics including: 1) Providing meaningful feedback, 2) Reflection on Teaching Philosophies and 3) Facilitation of group learning.
