All students will be required to complete a scholarly doctoral project with the guidance of their assigned advisor. The final component of the project will be a formal presentation to the RVU Community or the CRNA community and an attempt to publish the project in a peer-reviewed journal. Human Subject Research must be approved by the RVU Institutional Review Board (IRB). If the scholarly doctoral project does not include human subject research, the student will submit an IRB exemption. Additional requirements for the Doctoral Projects will be discussed throughout the course of the program.
